Our privacy policy in Layman's terms: We will not share your valuable personal information in anyway.  It is our creed.  We use Wix.com as our hosting server and they also adhere to the same.  We ourselves hate scammers, Phishing, Pharming, Spoofing and any other fraudulent acts that try to bring us down.

Only the owner of this website (Suntactics.com) and its proprietors will collect any and all information from those who use this website, we only have access to information that’s voluntarily given to us via email, credit card, shipping information, forum posts, or other contact information. We will not sell or rent any of this information to anyone for any reason .

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will use your information to bill and ship products to you, we do not send anything extra like ‘junk mail’ and we especially do not share your address information with 3rd parties who want to send you ‘junk mail’. We only use your credit card and shipping information to 1) charge you for product purchases, 2) send you your item, and nothing else whatsoever.

You will only be contacted about news, surveys, contests, special sales, new products, and discounts if you voluntarily signup for our newsletter or request additional information via email, or if you purchase from us. If customers wish not to be sent any of the above, please leave us a note or unsubscribe.

We use a Shipstation (Stamps.com) and other trusted freight companies to ship orders, and our credit card processor is Stripe.com (SSL 128 bit encrypted).  These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes beyond filling your order.

We take precautions to protect your information, when you submit sensitive information like address or credit card information we make sure you are protected by use of encryption and we make sure your information is transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by the closed lock icon at the top and bottom of your web browser, or looking for “HTTPS” at the beginning of the address when you enter shipping and billing information.

 

We also protect your information offline, only employees who need the information to perform a specific task have granted access to this information (for example billing or customer service). The computers/servers which store personal information are kept in a secure environment.

Cookies (We Don't Use Cookies)

Cookies are a thing that is used to help us with marketing.  There is no harm to your privacy whatsoever.  If you have ever noticed ads popping up on websites that show you something you previously searched for.  This is what a cookie does.  You can easily remove cookies from your internet browser, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.  Again there is no harm or infiltration here.  Just purge your history now and then and you will not see ads for a while.
